At Woodstock School, the communications function is not limited to being only behind a desk. It involves being in classrooms, at school events, on outdoor trips, in conversations with colleagues and in the everyday moments that make up community life.

We are seeking a Communications Officer who appreciates the value of authentic storytelling and can identify meaningful stories within the ordinary rhythms of campus life. The successful candidate will be someone who combines creativity with practicality and who enjoys engaging with people across a diverse and vibrant school community.

The Admissions and Communications team is collaborative, supportive, and service-oriented. We work closely together, support one another when needed, and approach challenges with a spirit of teamwork and shared purpose.

This position would suit someone who:

  • Enjoys both strategic communications and hands-on execution

  • Works well with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives

  • Demonstrates flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever needed

  • Values community, collaboration and service

  • Is motivated by meaningful contribution rather than personal recognition

The role offers an opportunity to help shape and share the story of Woodstock School while contributing positively to the life of the wider community.
